I tried to find it in Microsoft's site, but couldn't. Can you give a link
for download?


You can find SP6 here:

But AFAIK, service packs for VC6 do not contain a fix for the problem you have
(bug in VC build tools that do not put static variables into debug information).
The workaround is to build on an older operating system.
