Setting Extended Attributes

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am trying to set the following Extended Attributes in Windows XP:
File Version, Description, Product Name, Product Version

I can see how to display them, but not how to set them.
The file I'm trying to set these attributes on is an Excel Template, but
File | Properties does not give these attributes as choices.
