SysInternals Process Explorer question

Let me start by saying this: I am troubleshooting an intermittent
systems issue which has nothing whatsoever to do with Win32 kernel
programming, BUT I imagine that the denizens of this NG are quite
familiar with the tool in question. My issue involves the MOM 2000 and
MOM 2005 agents installed on terminal servers. The site in question has
implemented 2000\2005 in parallel. When I am using process explorer on
an affected machine, it may show 1, 2, 3, or 4 entries under
System->smss.exe->WINLOGON.exe->services.exe->svchost.exe (e.g.
MOMHOST.exe appears 1, 2, 3, or 4 times beneath svchost). My question
is this: do the multiple entries for MOMHost.exe indicate that it is
loaded multiple times in memory(which obviously can't be good ). I have
checked 30 out of 100 affected servers and the MOMHost entry appears
mutliple times in many of them. Thank you, O' Kernel Gurus. Any help is
appreciated.
