resolve zeroconfig profile

I have to resolve zeroconfig profile. this is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WZCSVC\Parameters\Interfaces\ActiveSettings. The type is REG_BINARY, but i dont know that mean. please help me.
I have resolve some bytes, but at last there are four structs for gen WEP
key. but i dont know how generate the WEP key. please help me. TKS.
