Hello,

I developped a Gina DLL from the example given in MSDN. It works quite
well except for one thing:
When a bran-new user tries to login for the first time, some registry
settings are not done. To be clear, here the problem:

<Original MS Gina>
1- Create a new user (Test / group: Users)
2- Install new gina
3- Reboot
<NEW GINA>
4- Login as Test
5- Try to open My Computer
    ==> Get an error like "Cannot display the page because it uses
ActiveX". Indeed, when I look at the Zones defined in Internet Explorer,
there is only 1 zone defined... Some keys in the registry
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\Zones) are missing. There should be 6 keys and there is only
one (and an incomplete one...)
    ==> When I click Start->Log Off, I get only "Log off" while I should
have "Log off Test".

I feel like the issue comes from UserInit.exe. I would say that some
parameters are wrong or missing but I wonder which one...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Nico
