There's no such thing as the "Win32 kernel", only the NT kernel (technically
Win9x has a virtual machine manager rather than a traditional kernel).

I tend to think of this as being a newsgroup for Win32 base services, of
which KERNEL32.DLL is a part. But it would be rude to stop people posting
driver-related questions.
