DeleteFile fails

    Hello,

    I have the following issue, when I call DeleteFile the function fails to
    delete the file but if I call
    the function SHFileOperation to delete the same file it SUCCEEDS ???
    Can someone explain to me why ... btw, when I call DeletFile to delete the
    file I get and Access denied
    error.
