Are you compiling / registering on Vista or XP?

With what version of VS?

What libraries are specified in the link options?

Have you asked DekTec tech support for help? (assuming that's where you
got the source code)

1. I am using Windows XP Pro.

2. I compiled with VS .NET 2003 and the latest Dshow/DirectX SDK (as of
this date) downloaded from the MSDN website.

3. The following libraries are specified as link options.

Strmbase.lib
Msvcrt.lib
Winmm.lib
atls.lib
DTAPI.lib
iphlpapi.lib
ws2_32.lib

The DTAPI.lib is Dektec's own API library:

4. I have asked Dektec's tech support for help. Before that, I wanted
to make sure if this is not an issue specific to my PC.
