i need Avi splitter and joiner component

hello
i'm looking for component that join 2 or more avi and mpeg2 compressed
or uncompressed files, must support video and audio, join the files
without recompress if the files are already compressed, and another
component to split an avi and mpeg2 file. I need to define start and
stop time so that the source file will split the new file, itshould
maitain the same compression and quality settings and not use
recompression. I would like both components/filters process files very
quickly, since there are no recompression. Components without mpeg2
codec but multiplex and De-multiplex. The result avi files should
maintain the same quality and play in any avi player using standard
codecs. Component must compress avi to any directshow codec and support
multi-pass.
componets must support crop, resize, Deinterlacer, interlacer, change
framerete and add logo to video.
