Why don't you defrag the disk?

The second question, which you still haven't answered is "How much free
disk space do you have on the partition you are capturing to?"

First question,my memory is enough for the programme running,so I think
there is no need to defrag the disk.
Second question,for my understanding, whether you want to ask me how
much disk space does the programme use for capturing video data,if it
true,the answer is less than 20M.
