video saved is 16bits and the resolution is 320*240.My video writing is
uncompressed data.
Befor now,my programe didn't show this bad performance.And this
occasion happens only during this period.

Depending on your resolution and bit depth, that could be more data
than your disk can handle at full framerate. What is the resolution
and bit depth of your video?
