puzzel about preview and capture video simutaneously

I have some puzzel about video capture, and I find nobody here meet this
probblem,so I propose it and hope someone gives me some advice.

My goal is preview and capture video simutaneously.During this period,I
find preview video is not simutaneously with source video and playing
preview video is not contineous.I find my cpu running fully while
change of RAM is slight.I also debug this process,no exception occurs
and cpu runs normally and also for RAM.I don't know where is problem.

I use directx 9.0 and VC++.net 2005.The filter graph is as follows:
capture filter-------avi mux----------filter writer //capture video
|------------video mixing renderer 9 //preview
Thanks in advance.
