Yes, my mean is: Skype, i try to unregister my com with "regsvr32> /u
<pathname>" such you said after that try to delete but can not, just delete
ok when i exit Skype

Sky? Do you mean Skype?

In any case, there is no way to delete a file that is in use and locked by
Windows, AFAIK.

Before deleting the file, it is a good idea to unregister it with
"regsvr32
/u <pathname>".
