Hi
The key is in your BITMAPINFOHEADER characteristics.
See the subject 'Device-Independent Bitmaps' in the Windows SDK
Documentation under 'Windows GDI'. There's a good discussion about Top Down
and Bottom Up bitmaps.

Hello,
I am writing a video capture filter. The filter only has a video output
pin,
no preview pin.
It works fine within graphedit and with applications like Windows Media 9
Encoder, but when I test it using the AMCap sample application, the video
is
vertically flipped (top<->bottom) in preview mode. It appears correctly in
captured files.
Does anyone knows why?
Is there a way to retrieve the top-left origin position from any method
like
SetFormat or SetMediaType?
Thanks,
Olivier
.
