Video Standard PAL / NTSC - HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi guys,
just wondering if I could trouble someone for advise. I am fairly new to
programming and would like to know is there any VB code to automatically set
the video standard on my capture card that I am connecting to. I live in a
PAL_B country but every time I reboot the system the driver defaults back to
NTSC. . I have been told FSFWRAP.dll would be of assistance but cannot find
any documentation for it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
