I didn't write that you were trying to use an unsupported seeking format
(TIME_FORMAT_FRAME). But you are trying to seek to a particular frame (see
below). That is what is not supported.

You can't as I explained earlier.
As I wrote, the docs say:
"The Stream Buffer Engine *does not support
frame-accurate seeking*."
