The VC6 Installer also runs with a 16-bit shell which causes problems on
some OEM machines that are missing the AUTOEXEC.NT file (a batch file for
setting the parameters for the 16-bit environment). Additionally it wont
work at all on 64-bit XP as there is no WOW16 there.
