Notice that the DirectSound renderer does not support rates
higher than 2X.

Forget it. The acceleration seems to be only partial, there
are many different flavors of MPEG4 at the moment that who
knows what the card supports and what you have in the ASF
(how did you create it?), who knows whether the decoders can
actually use the acceleration with the current software and
driver implementation and, lastly, I don't think the GPU
decoder can help decode more than 1 stream.

A 64 bit CPU at the same clock speed of a 32 bit one is not
really faster (but for some gain in cache in processor
optimizations), it only has a wider memory bus and wider
registers.
