Hi!

I try to use several MPEG2-Decoders in my DirectShow application.
Besides the quality and performance issues among all the filters you can get
from market (Elecard, WinDVD, PowerDVD, etc.), the important thing
is to control their special options like de-interlacing methods or
motion-detection.

But all these setting I can only set in the property-pages GUI ?
Is that really true?
That's would really changing my view on directshow!
If I have to know what interfaces a COM object can use (I can only
ask: "Can you do this?" with known interfaces), what ist then
the sense/advance of COM?

So I can only control these filters, where .h header files exist from the
developers
(like in a SDK), where you can get all the custom interfaces?

regards,
Robin.
