This is a community newsgroup. The emphasis is on *community*. I am one
of the inveterate posters here and have an interest in this newsgroup's
health. This is not a discussion about you. It is about the filters and
how they perform. You have brought into question your understanding of
privacy and, by extension, trademarks on the Internet and this is a
legitimate concern for anyone who might do business with you. Calm down.
You might learn something valuable that keeps you out of trouble.
1. I am asking both charly and JoeJ about their experience with your
products. Why do you have a problem with that?
2. How do we know if your products work without feedback from people who
have used them?

3. Do you have a written privacy policy (this is a yes/no question, but
include a link if you have one)?
4. Do you have permission from MPEGLA to use their registered trademark
MPEG in your domain name? (this is a yes/no question)

See the question above, I did not ask to see any documents. I am asking
straightforward questions and request clear answers.

I made a mistake, I apologize. If the follow ups in the thread were quoted
logically I would have a better chance of following up properly. And I
know what a source filter is.

5. Why would charly lose his nerve?
6. What is senseless about my questions (please be specific and logical)?

7. Do you realize that using his name as a customer in this newsgroup
without obtaining his permission beforehand:
(i) would be a violation of the privacy policy of virtually every reputable
company on the web (yes/no)?
(ii) probably violates this* EU directive (yes/no)?

8. As I have stated earlier, my intent is to establish whether your
products do what they claim. I still can't see why you have a problem with
this. I am simply trying to establish whether your products work. Why is
this a problem for you? (please refer me to your answer to question 1 if
you have covered this in your answer there)

I will continue to ask questions that are relevant. The questions relate
to legitimate concerns for this newsgroup. Please take the time to respond
to my questions. I do not understand why you can't take a logical approach
to this rather than getting emotional about it. I haven't said that
anything doesn't work and I have raised some legitimate concerns about
privacy and trademarks. There are nine questions including the two part
one in number seven. Some are simple yes/no.
-- 1. If there are questions above, please answer them in-line. In any case, don't top post. (Otherwise, don't expect a followup) See http://tinyurl.com/22ubu 2. Remove this signature from your response if your newsreader isn't intelligent enough to do it. 3. Common courtesy is to followup if someone helped you or if you found a solution on your own.
