VideoControl and ICodecAPI / IEncoderAPI

Dear all,
I am trying to configure the MS VideoControl and use the MSVidEncoder
feature.
Sadly, even thought I have been able to configure and tune the video
control, I have no clue about how can I use the Encoder interface
that
I get from the get_FeaturesAvailable method.
Maybe anyone can point me to some examples or documentation where
this
interface is explained?
