Interlaced mpeg2 file problems

Hi,

I'm using the DirectShow.Net library to make a looping video player
(c#). When playing a 1080i 29.97fps interlaced mpeg2 file, the video
has a 'doubling' effect on scrolling text and on fast-motion
transitions. It looks and acts like the interlacing doesn't work
right. It works correctly when played in a DVD software (like WinDVD)
on the same machine. Is there a way to specify video playback quality
or something similar to fix this problem.
