TIFF Textures

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I need to be able to load textures from a TIFF file. I know
TextureLoader.FromFile() does not support TIFF. I assume I need to use the
TextureLoader.FromStream(). How do you get the TIFF file into a stream in
the correct format?
