right now, AFAIK, the support code to do this isnt ported to M-DX yet.
but in older DX SDKs ( 8.1, 9.0 before the framework changed ) there was a
multimon aware screensaver framework with source. d3dsaver.cpp. and a
sample, moire. it shows how to work on multi-head/multi-card systems.
