Does anyone know how to detect if DirectX9.0c is loaded on a Windows
Install? I searched Goggle briefly and didn't find anything too helpful.
I'm using a VS.NET deployment project to create the install.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!
    Chris
