Hi,
You can save it into a temporary folder. You will have to run it (in
fact, it should do it automatically) to expand itself (like an unzip) short
time after the download is finished.
If your question was about FROM WHERE you can download it, try a
WEB-search on Google using the two keywords:
DirectX SDK
and you should be able to get at the place where Microsoft did move the web
page... for now, I mean today the eleventh of August 2004, it is at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/directx.asp
(but don't store that URL, relaying on Google is preferable)
