The reason it says "you don't!" is that all the people in the world
will hate you, and that you'll go to hell when you die (or be
reincarnated as a computer bug, depending on your belief system).
Just don't do it. Not if you want to sleep soundly at night. Because
if you do it, and I play your game, you could never be sure that I
won't send someone with a gun to go to your house when you're asleep.
If you're faced with a situation where you have to take basic Windows
functionality to solve a bug, and you find absolutely no way to solve
it, put it in the readme. Put it in an online FAQ. Mention it in all
appropriate places. Let the user take care with this. Don't use a nuke
to kill a bug.
(And, BTW, disabling the "windows" keys is IMO okay. But alt-tab isn't
something you accidentally press.)
