The whole log file is rather large, so I have posted the samples times
near the merge point.
Correction, here are the right samples times:
1) SampleTimeV=54940000
1) SampleTimeV=55340000
1) SampleTimeA=57120000
1) SampleTimeV=55350000
2) SampleTimeA=57120000
2) SampleTimeV=56570000
2) SampleTimeV=56970000
2) SampleTimeA=58400000
The audio samples are several frames ahead which could potentially be an
issue, but more strange is that you have 2 audio samples with the same time
stamp.
