DirectX9.0 Wont copy!!!

Hi
Im an quite desperet boy who cant install directX9.0
i havé bought World of Warcraft, and when i shuld install it then it whonted
to install directX9.0
so i accepted and ever thing whent fine untill he shuld copy the files. then
it just stops.......
i have tryed to download a knew install but the same thing always happends...
...he wont copy...
my computer have windos ME and 2200Mhz
i am desperate to make this work!!!!
PLEASSSS HELP ME!!!!!!!
