Windows Vista Video Error

Hi,

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit Edition. In Vista Media
Centre, I can't play video files. The Error Msg is, "Video Error : The
required files not found Restart Media Centre or Restart System" . I
followed the above 2 steps but no use.

Is there any solution?
