Can 1394b S800 be supported by windows xp sp3？

I know windows xp sp2 has bug that limits speed to 100Mb/s on 1394b
port, and microsfot issues a patch KB885222 to solve this problem.
Could anyone tell me whether windows xp sp3 has sovled that problem? I
tested a firewire 800Mb/s digital camera, It can not run on 800Mb/s,
from the output message, the speed is S100, but I change registry
value of SidSpeed to 3, the speed can reach to 400Mb/s. any helps
would be appreciated.
