Show the customer that the problem happens also with other devices. For
example, plug in a flash device and start file copy to/from it. Unplug
another device on this hub and see what happens.

We had already tried with couple of other hubs from Cypress(same
model) but still the same issue. If we had used a hub other than from
Cypress it is working fine.

Any other suggestions?
