Thank you for you taking time to read that. I think it should be, PSOC
should have this option.
CapSense can be used in os supporting 2-points touch. but I think we
need to do a lot by ourself. obviously data accquired from I2C bridge
tell us that it is not a standard pointer device

Then I would argue that the CY3240-I2USB is the wrong choice. It is a HID
device, but it is a HID device with a custom collection that requires a
custom application.
I looked over the CY8C24894 data ***, but I couldn't see whether its
descriptors could be reprogrammed or not. If you need a more generic HID
device, you might need something more like the FX2 with programmable
descriptors.
