manual for Win1394 Application?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

WDK 6000 contains a sample application named 'win1394.exe' which takes
advantage of 1394 or as a testing tool to verify the various 1394
interfaces.

But WDK 6000 has no documents that describe this application. I have found a
article by microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/221933/en-us) which
mentions Win1394 and
it refers to the Window 98 DDK documentation for more information.

Unfortuneatly, I could not find Windows DDK 98. Instead of DDK 98, I took
Windows Server 2003 SP1 DDK but it does also not have documentation about
'win1394.exe'.

Does exist a document about win1394.exe (kind of a manual)?
