We noticed that the host sends SUSPEND/RESET pair upon enumeration.

I have developed a usb mass storage removable disk, without a remote
wakeup function.
When I pluged this disk into a PC whose OS is winXP, the USB host
would send a suspend signal two times.
The first suspend signal was send out when the disk was just plug in,
and the second happened when I delete the disk in the right icon.
why the USB host send the suspend signal in the first time, and it
happened just two times?
