It was moved in the MFPMP.exe process, that is a protected process,
and it's expected to not be injected with unsigned code

Why do you think so? It is quite revealing that, in Vista, virtually the
entire audio subsystem has been moved into user mode.
will the drm content decryption component be moved out of the kernel
mode too?
