Self signing a UniDRV based driver

I'm trying to self sign a Unidrv based driver, but I'm stumbling at the
first hurdle, I can't get signability to complete successfully. I get the
following block of warnings and errors...
******
WARN: \x2nfvp.dll is not represented by a signed catalog file.
WARN: \x2nfvp.gpd is not represented by a signed catalog file.
WARN: \x2nfvp.inf is not represented by a signed catalog file.
WARN: \x2nfvp.ini is not represented by a signed catalog file.
Catalog files could not be generated, error code 191.
******
Is the error 191 provoked by the warnings, or is it the other way round and
the warnings are provoked by the error 191?
What is the error 191 (and how do I fix it!) ?
Thanks,
Colin.
