ProtocolPnPEvent/power management codes is another new thing in NDIS 5.

In fact, judging from NDIS.H, support for PnP and CoNDIS was added in
respectively ndis 4 and ndis 5. Therefore, support for PnP is not that
new......

Suspend/resume operations on lower edges of the protocol are new.
