Sorry to here that. I did a study for a major PC vendor back in 1990
that concluded that architectures like Itanium did not meet expectations,
and never could. I know Intel saw the study, pity they did not pay
attention.

Well, I guess Itanium is dead or dying.
Too bad I had spent a lot of time in learning Itanium it turned out to be
useless-:(
