Unshare the folders.
Set the proper ACLs to them.
No need in driver for such a task.

Is there a way to build a driver or use hooking in order to block
access to shared folders from a REMOTE computer? (The driver runs in
the computer where the shared directories are, and stops access to
these directories)
Thanks.
