How to run HCT iscsi configuration setup on amd64 machine

I have installed 12101 sucessfully.
I an trying to run iscsi configuration setup test.
It just exit did'ntt do anything. Than I tried with command line .
iscsihctconfig.exe file is missing in D:\HCT\testbin directory
Anyone has some ideas about how to run iscsi configuration setup ? Thanks in
advance.
