Looks like it is built on a W2k3 SP1 core so the answer is, "Yes." Someone
was kind enough to send me some output from Windbg.

Problem is I don't have any XP64 machines set up right now or I'd just use
Windbg. There may be a versioning issue that I would like to clear up as
well (assuming that KeInitializeCrashDumpHeader is available on any
version of XP). This function was introduced with W2k3 SP1. Maybe that
means that it was introduced into XP64 2005 edition but not previous
versions. I will need to know how to distinguish versions where this
function is supported from versions where it is not (e.g .SP level, build
number, ???).
