CSpinButtonCtrl could not be used in a coinstaller program?

hello everyone:
I encountered a strange problem here, that is there is an error
while the device manager load a property page i wrote, and the page
contains a CSpinButtonCtrl (MFC class), the error
shows that ACCESS violation. while i remove the CSpinButtonCtrl ,
every thing is ok,what's wrong ?
