Can my NDIS driver be signed?

Hi!

My NDIS driver (NDIS 5.0 miniport NIC driver) is not a "pure" one, that
means he defines NDIS_WDM before including ndis.h and has an interface to
an (own) USB driver for sending/receiving the network packages.

AFAIK this driver could not be signed by MS in the "old" days (means:
Windows 2000). Has this changed with Windows Vista?

And what about a combined NDIS-USB device driver?
