Help ! NDISTest - 2c_PerformanceProfile Test crashes intermittently

Hi All !

I am running the WHQL Tests on my IM Driver with HCT 12.0.
All the tests pass successfully, except 2c_PerformanceProfile, that
crashes intermittently (BSOD).
Couldn't get much information about this test from the net either.
Does any of you have any clue, as to why this test might be crashing
the system and that too intermittently ?
Or if possible guide me to some resources so that i can debug the
problem and find a solution.
I would really appreciate of anybody who might have faced such a
problem earlier can give me some pointers.
