How big of a check does it take to WHQ a driver.

According to the USB interface's manufacturer, it would pass except for
some Win98 problem.

Maybe we could work with the manufacturer to get it WHQ'd for XP.

As an aside, someone in the UK took the VCP version of this chip's
driver and had it WHQ'd for the default vid and pid behind the
manufacturers back. What a mess this creates. Now if the chip even
smells XP in the same room, it loads the wrong version of the drivers.
