Ping doesn't pass thru Passthru

Hi all,
I have a little problem with passing pings throught adapted passthru IM.
More specifically, the problem is that if ping try to resolve (target) IP to
MAC translation, I obtain ARP reply but none IP (UDP) packets are not send
then. I have two NICs installed. Communication throught one of them can look
like this:
ping 192.168.10.11 (target station on segment A)
Passthru:
Send ARP Request
Receive ARP Reply ... indicate it up and so on.

and the other one
ping ... (target station on segment B, different than A)
Passthru
Send ARP Request
Receive ARP Reply
Send Ip (UDP)
Send Ip (UDP)
....

So, throught one of them everything goes fine, throught second one no.
I don't want nothing else than pass these pings throught ...

Can there be any conflict between these two adapters, or any other
"technical" problem?
