Ok while the experts are busy thinking out their replies,
a quick answer off top of the head -
Your stuff seems to be not "100% compatible".
Basically all hardware belongs to either of two sorts:
A. compatible and certified for Windows
B. Not compatible or not certified.
Details on the compatibility requirements and available test for each
hardware category, from whole system to peripheral devices,
can be found at microsoft.com/whdc .
