However NP needs to know all tuner/demod params to set up the tune request
for the TV card.
Just like it has frequency (ATSC), modulation (DVBS) or LNB (DVBS)
parameters for other tuning spaces.

To OP. I don't know why MS didn't make those settings available via property
page. Maybe because the hardware that they used to debug their DVBT
infrustracture was capable for autodetecting those.
Your best bet would be to expose those through registry or custom property
page on the tuner filter.
