1. Using the NDISKD (kernel debug extensions), you can do a !opens and see
all the bindings.

2. In your early stages of development, simplify your stack by removing
other IM drivers, including QoS/PSched, etc.

3. Re: loading order of IMs: it's based on FilterMediaType (Failover,
scheduler, load balance). See the DDK and
